Outline Planning Success for Great Leighs
We are pleased to share that Chelmsford City Council have unanimously resolved to grant planning permission for Bellway, Harrow Estates and Moulsham Hall Estates outline application for 750 homes, including a new primary school, health centre and retail units. The proposals include 35% affordable housing and up to 5% self / custom build homes.
This is an important step in seeing the first homes delivered on one of the strategic sites in the City and the client is now working to secure the s106 agreement which will be followed shortly by Reserved Matters applications. Congratulations to all involved!
