Planning Success at Chadwell St Mary
We are pleased to share that our proposals for 116 homes in Chadwell St Mary, Essex, received approval this week. Recent changes to the NPPF unlocked this site as ‘Grey Belt’. The development forms an extension to the village, filling in the ‘gap’ between the industrial units to the east, and the Lea Road estate to the west.
The proposals will deliver a mix of family houses and apartments within an attractive landscaped setting, including a new play area and SuDS. Traditional in form, the new homes will provide modern living, whilst relating sensitively to the surrounding context. At the northern boundary, the steep levels are carefully managed with terraced gardens.
