Planning Success at Angel Way, Romford
Our scheme for 106 homes at Angel Way, Romford for Mercury Land Holdings was approved by the London Borough of Havering last night. Located close to Romford High Street, this underused 1960s car park site is set to be transformed into a thriving new neighbourhood with two mansion blocks, arranged around a generous central garden.
The scheme includes two mid rise blocks, offering a varied housing mix; new green space for central Romford; integration of an existing culvert as part of the landscape design; improved pedestrian and cycle connectivity to the wider town centre, and a design that reflects the ambitions of the Romford Town Centre Masterplan.
