This design for a community focused regeneration project in north London was shortlisted in an invited competition. The design offers high quality open space and community facilities at the heart of a mixed-use community undergoing a remarkable transformation.

- Flexible community space, supporting a wide range of functions;

- A blurring of inside & outside space – greatly increasing the useable space.
