On a gateway site into Royal Victoria Dock Urban Village from the Docklands Light Railway, this building contains 53 general and special needs apartments and 700 sq m of shops, bars and restaurants. The circular terrace creates an iconic form set in an exciting plaza at the foot of the bridge.

The Peabody Crescent successfully challenges historic conventions, and sets new benchmarks for performance. This building has been designed to offer low cost in use and has an exceptionally high specification within a transparent envelope. It has won national awards and been used as a best practice case study in national design guidance documents.
