Central Plaza marks a high-point in ambition for regeneration and urban living in this district of Birmingham. This pair of buildings is situated between the Moonlit and Sunset Parks at the very heart of the award-winning Park Central masterplan. The landscape and public realm design seamlessly link the two parks and create both a visual connection and pedestrian access for all.

The site is steeply sloping – falling by approximately 3 storeys from north to south. The buildings themselves are positioned to work with the existing topography.
