Kidbrooke Village

Kidbrooke Phase 6, London

This phase of the Kidbrooke Village regeneration project contains a wide variety of dwelling types from 1 bed apartments to 4 bed townhouses. There is also great variety in the scale and character of the public realm and open spaces. Together they create a successful townscape offering interest and a strong identity. The architectural language is a contemporary, yet regional architecture, borne of local materials and detailing.

The combination of contextual influences and contemporary design creates a classic townscape supported by quiet, modern architecture that is both contextual and respectful. This will ensure that the architecture will be relevant today and will be a lasting legacy for the future.
