Greenwich Peninsula
Greenwich, London
Comprising over 190 acres of prime riverside brownfield land, Greenwich Peninsula is set to become a brand new district of London including 10,000+ homes, offices, schools, shops, entertainment and community facilities.
Our work on the Peninsula has focused on ways of evolving the masterplan to ensure that design vision and development viability can happily co-exist in the creation of a townscape and architectural expression that is unique to Greenwich. Our re-envisioning of the eastern riverside to form a gateway for the UK’s first city cable car capitalised on the opportunity to create 3 landmark 30 storey towers focused around a new public square; in a form that maintains the target developable area and is easily phased.
- Super density development that looks and feels like London
- Viability led Townscape and Architecture that is unique to Greenwich
- Clear understanding of the ‘Business Case’ to ensure cashflow managed throughout construction period
- Creation of alternative urban design models that enhance the product offer whilst maintaining development quantum
