Conceived as a pair of office buildings around a central landscaped square, the Commercial Square development forms the northern gateway to GSA’s Park Central development. The architectural language is a contemporary interpretation of the well-proportioned brick buildings of Birmingham’s industrial heritage. Phase 1, designed in close collaboration with the end user Prime Focus Housing Association, is the first phase of this 110,000 sq ft office development. The accommodation has been closely matched to their requirements whilst maintaining flexibility for the future.
