Sitting between an extensive parkland and a major 6 lane inner city road, this 96 unit project needed an innovative solution to resolve these contradictory environments.
A bold urban frontage of rendered facades and glass block walls along the main road offers protection from noise and pollution to a sheltered residential courtyard. Along the edge of the park four apartment pavilions are arranged with large projecting balconies to give all homes a landscaped outlook.
